About Us

Dirt Launch Powersports was founded in 2017 as a division of Beyond Redline Performance in Green Bay, WI. Beyond Redline Performance has been servicing the local automotive community for 17 years.

In April of 2017, professional off-road driver, Johnny Greaves, approached Beyond Redline to modify the calibration on his MPI 155 kit for his 2017 Yamaha YXZ SS. After looking at the ECU and taking off the piggybacks we were successfully able to tune it utilizing the factory ecu only. This launched us into purchasing a YXZ for the business and developing an airbox to help extract the most power out of the naturally aspirated version of the YXZ.

After countless hours of R&D on the dyno we finally settled on an airbox that proved its quality and performance. In the 2017 TORC series season, we stacked up 36 top 5 finishes in 13 races in the Pro Stock class, and 19 top 5 finishes in 13 races in the Pro Mod class. We were up against the turbo RZR and turbo Can Am X3 in our naturally aspirated Yamahas in Pro Mod.
