A very common problem with 64 1/2 to 66 Mustangs is after market wheels. The factory wheels were not much to speak of. Many people are upgrading to wider wheels and tires to improve the look and handling performance of their classic Mustang. More often than not, you will run into clearance issues for various reasons. Always do research to see what is the best application for your classic Mustang to avoid possible damage. If you have questions, send me an email. We are always happy to help!

Just because the name is “Vintage Mustangs” doesn’t mean we don’t work on newer cars also. This Fox body is owned by one of the builders in the shop. Engine and transmission were both pulled and rebuilt. Engine compartment had some fabrication and rust repair done before it was all detailed out. New brakes were done on all 4 corners. Forgot to mention the builder is only 19! Nice job Payton Greely!

All of us at Vintage Mustangs and Muscle Cars of Green Bay, would like to Congratulate Acey and Mike LaCount for a 2nd place finish at the NWTC Car Show on May 5th!
Their entry was a Triple Black 67 Mustang Coupe, with a V8 and Automatic Transmission. It has been upgraded with an aluminum intake, Edelbrock 4 BBL carb, JBA ceramic coated headers, and a Magnaflow stainless steel 2 1/2 inch dual exhaust system (with a special feature). The exterior is finished off with Cragar SS rims and BF Goodrich tires. Big Thank You from the team of Vintage Mustangs for having the opportunity to work on this beauty!

Vintage Mustangs and Muscle Cars of Green Bay, lost one of it’s team members recently. Tim Matuszak was a great guy to have in the shop, always helpful and easy going. He was a great fabricator and welder. We will miss what he brought to the team as well as his eagerness to teach. Our thoughts are with his family and friends he left behind.
