A beautiful email from my client who I've been endlessly working for trying to find him the perfect match for his RV needs.

We didn't find the one together but how sweet is this message?

Email reads:

Hello Brandi,

When I started looking for RVs back in October of 2024, you were one of the 1st sales Ladies that I encountered.

(And what a Wonderful Lady you are)!

I loved your charm & thoroughness every time we meet in person or emailed one another.



I have found and am currently in the process of purchasing a very nice 2018 Travel Trailer. I just wanted you to know

how important you were to me as well as to your organization. You see, I had looked at a couple of campers from another RV dealership.

(I wont say whom, but they have a heart as a part of their sign) 😊



When I didnt contact them immediately after a Friday Afternoon visit the salesman sent me a text Midmorning on the following Monday, telling me how inconsiderate and rude I was not to answer him sooner. Its then that I decided not to even look at anything at any of their facilities inventory from that point on.



Then I walked in and received a warm handshake,(on a very cold Day, I might add)! You then not only showed me a couple of Campers but even scaled up a ladder to the RV roof of one of them on my 1st visit!



I wont forget you Ms. Worster and if your organization does have any type of Customer Salesperson Survey, I would consider it an honor to fill one out regarding your professional demeanor and graciousness.



Also, if I should ever encounter anyone in my future travels who is looking for an honest RV Sales Representative, Yours will be the
first name that I mention.
