Pella WI - Coming Soon to a Screen Near You
Monday, April 18th, the Brookfield Pella Experience Center morphed into a video set all in preparation for a return to a familiar scene. Extraordinary collaboration. Many thanks to the massive team from Spectrum/Kernel Productions, Jhousy from Blush (a Beauty Boutique in Mequon), as well as our marquee talent, Wayne and Jeff who demonstrated why they carry that star status. Editing and magic-making is underway. Look for the finished production to air statewide beginning May 1st.

Horrific experience!! I welcome anyone (including the CEO) from Pella or the general public to call me (714.975.4372) and discuss my horrific experience of my Pella sales and installation. I have spent $5k of my own money repairing a horrible installation that caused water to pour into my garage. The windows that were sold to me and installed were reflective like a mirror, and colored with a blue/green tint (Low-E glass) that I didn't need because there was zero direct sunlight that came into my den. No one has helped me rectify the issue, offer to pay to replace the glass, etc. To the general public, the BBB, or anyone, please call me so I can share my story with you so you do NOT make the same mistake I did. I spent $65k replacing all other Pella windows in my house and the last 3 sliding door order ($30K) that are the wrong doors, no one will call me back because they sold and installed the wrong product. The room is now at least 30% darker. Disgusted with the sales and service and totally disappointed in Pella. They have sent my account to collections. No call backs. Nothing. I also had to replace (on my dime) roofing tiles that broke during installation. The worst experience ever. Linda Booth and Adam Ring need to be called out on their lack of sales and support efforts.
