POSITION OUTLINE
The Washout Manager will primarily be charged with overseeing the Washout employees and assisting customers with Washout services. The manager will assist employees in completing work tickets, collecting funds and providing receipts. Manage attendants as they assist in providing scheduled and unscheduled cleaning of incoming trucks, trailers and equipment. Oversee use of pressure washing equipment to remove dirt, mud, livestock excrement or other types of debris. Providing exceptional customer service to our customers is a priority. Employees shall be respectful of supervisors and co-workers. Employees will be required to show up on time and prepared to work once they arrive to work.
In all tasks, the individual will be required to set safety as the first priority, and they will apply those principles personally and to their respective team members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage team of Washout employees
Lead by example
Safely work in all-weather environments
General office responsibilities
Assisting customers with service requests
Enforce and abide by company safety policies and procedures at any given location
Perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently
Understand the basics of operation for the pressurized equipment
Safely operating hand implements (shovel, rake, hoe, broom, etc.)
Schedule Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
PROJECT DUTIES:
Manage Washout employees
Customer service
Work around trucks, trailers, and equipment
Work in all-weather environments
PROJECT PERFORMANCE:
Follow outlined metric for establishing individual growth and promotion opportunity
Perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently
Be respectful of team members.
Be punctual and prepared for the day.
Freely communicate your input to supervision on each job but do so respectfully.
Report all incidents to your supervisor immediately
