Congratulations Carlos on your beautiful Subaru STI! Carlos came in wanting a newer WRX as a daily so he could continue working on his older model Subaru. Carlos knew exactly what he wanted, but wasn’t sure if we could get it done before he left town for work. We made it happen for him within 2 hours and now he’s the owner of this beautiful car!

My customer was curious about her trade in value while waiting for service. I shot a price over right away and we started talking. After some driving, talking, and thinking, my customer decided the Crown Signia was the best option. The color combination my customer wanted was hard to find and I told her to be ready for a second option. I worked some magic with my managers and pulled off the best surprise for my customer when they arrived on Friday for the second choice. Each customer I have reminds me why I love what I do, the feeling of seeing someone so excited and overcome by happy emotions is priceless!
