**Update**Westbound and Eastbound I64 has reopened 11:57pm

** Update**
I64 is now closed at the 169 Eastbound due to a different crash both lanes will be shut down till further notice.

I64 is closed at the 169 Westbound mile marker due to a commercial vehicle accident. State Highway Dept is working to shut down interstate at the 172 westbound exit at Grayson. Roadway will be shut down for the next several hours for clean up and removal of vehicle.
