Aplands Auto Body in Grants Pass is hiring. Aplands is looking for a experienced A+ Tech to join our team and a valued piece of our company.

This is a Commission based position.

Job Description:

Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Aplands Auto Body, insurance partner and industry guidelines/standards.

Essential Job Duties:

Complete dis-assembly of vehicle in order to assist Service Advisors in assessing damage to prepare a 100% Repair Plan.
Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed.
Comply with all safety rules, guidelines and standards.
Repair collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have auto collision repair experience.
I-CAR certifications preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to complete a range of light to heavy repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license
Multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Frequent physical activity such as kneeling, bending, squatting, stooping, lifting above shoulders, standing for long periods of time during the repair of a vehicle is a part of daily activity as well as repetitive tasks involving hand and arm motion and lifting objects over 50 pounds. Must be able to push/pull parts carts and cars with assistance. Working environment consists of: Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, along with high levels of noise as well as regularly exposed to working near moving mechanical parts.

So excited to see how our new Caveman turns out.

At Greeters this morning we were able to visit our Caveman's Lil Bro at Apland's Auto Body.

An added bonus, we also got to hear some Caveman history from the local Artist commissioned by the Grants Pass Active Club to restore him, Tamie Saffer of All Things Artful.

We look forward to seeing where he goes next............

These vehicles were towed from Phoenix recently. Check out the tires from the fire. So much devastation. Remember these families this holiday season. So many of these families are still displaced and mourning the loss of the homes.
