Our goal is always to Service your vehicle but take care of you! That means creating a culture from within, from the clean up guy all the way up to the managers. As owners Dave Kelly and Lisa McClease-Kelly we put our name and beliefs into this business. Dave, an ASE certified Master Technician has the technical background needed to make sure the staff has the knowledge needed to do the job. Lisa, who spent years advocating for victims of violent crime brings forth the softer, community minded part of the business. Yes, we have all the certifications ASE, AAA, NAPA and more, but what really counts is why we do what we do. Where people feel like they can ask questions and get honest answers. If there is ever a question about something that was recommended at Kelly's we will put the car up on the rack with the client there and show them what we are talking about. We hope you feel that when you come into either one of our shops. We hope that we can be here for more than just your automotive needs. We want to be your community resource.

SMALL BUSINESS SUNDAY! 🌿

Today I want to give a shout-out to Tonja Andreatta with Andreatta Waterscapes!

Tonja is a full-service landscaper specializing in landscape design and beautiful waterscapes.

When we were dropped by our insurance company and had to remove trees and vegetation around our home to get coverage again, Tonja helped turn our yard into something beautiful. She has such a creative eye—and just as importantly, she’s reliable, helpful and communicates really well.

I also referred her to someone who had a really difficult landscaping project that others couldn’t figure out. Tonja nailed it.

I love being able to recommend local businesses that I’ve personally used and trust. ❤️

“The U.S. is being attacked. Turn on your TV!”

Those were the words my sister-in-law said when she called us from Canada on September 11, 2001.

Like so many people, we remember exactly where we were. We stood in front of the television in shock, watching something that was almost impossible to comprehend.

That day changed so much—our country, our sense of security, and the way we travel and live around the world.

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost. We remember the first responders who ran toward danger while others were running away. We remember the families whose lives were forever changed.

And we remember how, in the days that followed, Americans came together.

May we never forget September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸

Today is a good day to celebrate the people who show up, work hard, take pride in what they do, and make a difference—often in ways that go unnoticed.

❤️ It’s International Day of Charity!

Giving Back is one of our core values at Kelly’s Automotive Service, and we’re blessed to have so many incredible organizations in our community putting kindness into action every single day.

They’re feeding families, mentoring kids, helping people get back on their feet, supporting moms and babies, educating young people, and simply showing up when someone needs a hand. ❤️

Kelly’s Automotive Service in Medford is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team.

This is a people-first position. You’ll greet clients, listen to their concerns, prepare estimates, communicate recommendations, and help dispatch work to our technicians.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Patient and personable
✅ A strong communicator
✅ Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
✅ Comfortable working with both clients and a team
✅ Dependable and positive

Automotive experience is NOT necessarily required. We can teach automotive. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and communicating well.

💰 $65,000–$75,000 per year. Medical Benefits, 401k. Fun work environment and people who care about you.
