Direct Trailer Source stands behind all our work. However we are not able to be with each person that owns our trailers. If customer overloads (which 85% of time that happens), we still help them. However, please understand, if a customer overloads a trailer and calls our office complaining of problem by calling the women awful names, speaking to employees ignorant or simply speaking UNREASONABLE, they will continue to have more problems than damage to a trailer. That more than likely was an accident. Everything is fixable but when you see people purposely trying to down a small business and make personal attacks against them shows a level an ignorance that NOBODY at DTS gets paid enough to deal with so, crickets. Not today, not tomorrow, never will I apologize for not allowing anyone that is employed by me be treated like garbage by people that are emotional and abusive. Business can be handled with respect and maturity. Everything is fixable. Almost everything.
