Happy 4th!

We're excited to introduce you to the newest member of our team, Arthur! Arthur will be handling all of your service and maintenance needs along with quick upgrades like handlebars and suspension. With this addition, we are now able to have the shop open 6 days a week! You can come see us Mondays from 10am - 5pm, and Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9am - 5pm.

Additionally, for those who have not yet heard, we purchased a brand new Dynojet Research Inc. 250iX dyno for tuning, diagnostics, and engine break-in on most HarleyDavidson models, including Tri-Glides. We are currently working with DynoJet Power Vision products, TTS Master Tune, Daytona Twin Tec TCFI systems, and the SE tuning products for fuel injection tuning. All carburetor tuning will be done on the dyno as well. If you have questions or need to schedule tuning, be sure to ask for Kevin to discuss your needs and scheduling.

We have also expanded the shop area into the entire 9,260 square feet of our building. Dennis and our machining equipment have moved to the East Bay to expand and increase production capabilities. There are a lot of exciting things in the works for that department.

Whether you need oil and tires changed, a cam and a tune, or a complete engine build, we are happy to help!

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Harley Davidson maintenance and repair, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Must have current motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.

** Minimum Responsibilities/Skills**
- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on Motorcycles
- Perform all conventional Harley Davidson performance stage modifications
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Tire changing and balancing experience
- Assist with sales by diagnosing issues and recommending necessary services
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Some direct customer service will be required
- Test riding customer motorcycles
- Light dyno tuning/reprogramming of vehicle electronic control systems
- Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing issues accurately
- Experience in motorcycle repair, specific to Harley Davidson
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools efficiently
- Understanding of computers for diagnostics and programming

**Additional Skills To Increase Value to Cobalt Cycles**
- Welding experience for Motorcycle modifications
- Machining experience covering Honing, Boring and Manual Lathe/Tooling Mill operation
- Experience with Dyno Tuning

WE'RE HIRING!!!

As the video said, we're looking to immediately hire a motivated experienced tech who is looking for a shop to call home. This position does require a clean driving record and motorcycle/trike endorsement for test rides. We have an over 8,000 square foot building with a full machine shop, Dynojet Research Inc. 250iX dyno, and all the goodies you would expect to see in a shop.
