Yesterday we got to run our pickup on a dyno after building the motor and transmission a couple months ago. We were extremely happy to see it put down 839Hp with 1734 ft lb of torque! Our goal was 1,000hp on a single turbo street/tow rig and to only be 160hp away on the first test is extremely promising!

We will be hitting up SPE Motorsport for some more air and testing again soon!

We work hard around here… so every once in a while, we think our crew deserves to play hard too. 😎

Grangeville Diesel & Auto Performance will be CLOSED Thursday & Friday while we take our entire team to NHRDA Big Sky Truck Fest in Montana! 🏁🔥

Our employees are the ones who keep this shop turning every day, and we believe being a good employer means more than just handing out a paycheck. It means appreciating the people behind the work, building a team that actually enjoys being together, and making some pretty awesome memories along the way.

Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel vehicles

If you own a 68RFE transmission (commonly found behind the 6.7L Cummins), upgrading to a thermal bypass valve and an aluminum transmission pan can significantly improve transmission performance, cooling, and longevity—especially if you tow, haul, or run increased power.

Thermal Bypass Valve Benefits

The factory 68RFE thermal bypass valve is designed to keep transmission fluid from flowing through the cooler until it reaches operating temperature. Unfortunately, these valves are known to stick or fail, restricting cooler flow even when the transmission is hot destroying the clutches in the transmission requiring a total rebuild.

Pairing it with a Randys transmission pan will help keep those temps down and add extra fluid for lubricity.
