To my customers. I’ve had yet another round of s**t hitting the fan at my home. I’m not going to bore y’all with details, just a series of family emergencies, equipment breakdowns and commitments that prevented me from getting time in the shop. I know it’s total bulls**t that I basically dropped off communications, and I apologize for that. I did not know what to say to everyone and am frankly embarrassed that this has happened yet again. I will be catching up on messages, emails and calls in the next week. If anyone wants a refund, I totally understand. This s**tshow has been going on far to long. I will not be taking new orders until I get caught up on current ones. For any potential new customers, I will be making a list and contacting you when that happens.
Again, I apologize for this situation. I really do appreciate your business and support. To help apologize to my customers, I will be including a SteelSteeringSpacer with each currently placed order at no charge. If you’ve already ordered one, the cost will be deducted from your total.
Thank you everyone and keep the shiny side up!

I have a request for my customers. If you have a name you use on social media, especially Facebook, that is different, abbreviated, a nickname etc please when you messenger me, include the name your order is under. For instance if your Facebook title is “JoeMan” but your name is Joseph Manchester, please include your name in the message so that I can find your order. This has caused some aggravation and confused communication lately on both ends. Thank you.

So the hits just keep coming at the Finlay house! I just can’t catch a break this year 😤. We got 6-8 inches of snow a couple weeks ago, and it’s still here! Temps hovering in the teens and not getting warmer till next week. This is not normal and I was caught unprepared. I had a patio heater in the shop and thought it would do, but not with single digit to low teens. It’s been like living in a freezer with the freezing fog, where’s my 300 days of sun I was promised 🤪? I’ve purchased a wood stove and will have it up and running before Christmas. On top of this the heat pump died on the house so been dealing with that as well, heat strips in the mixer work so we have some heat but still sweatshirts in our house 🥶. Any cold weather tips from y’all that live in this cold I’d appreciate it, the Seattle area that I’m from doesn’t get this cold for this long! I do have 3 BTSB ExtendedDRing mounts complete and about 2/3rds of a way through the SilveriaBumpers that go with the orders. I can spend about an hour out in the shop atm before I’m a popsicle!
