Important Information about COVID-19 and our response
We at RoofTop Auto Repair value our customers and
WE WILL CONTINUE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLES
We are taking precautionary measures to help slow the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and well-being of our valued customers and staff.
As a part of these precautions, APPOINTMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED for vehicle service. Please book online, or call us directly at 816-599-2214.
The lobby area will be closed. Keys should be left in the key drop located on the east side of the building, just around the corner from the front door. The key drop will be sanitized between each customer's use. If you would like to wait for your repair on premises, outdoor seating is available.
No public restroom or customer entry into any part of the building until further notice.
We will use sanitizing spray on your keys before AND after service. We will also wipe down and sanitize the interior parts of your car that we touch before AND after service,
We urge customers to make payment over the phone at the time you are notified of the completion of repairs. We can accept cash payments by appointment if necessary.
These are temporary measures during this unprecedented time, that will allow us to continue to provide the best, safest, and most mindful service for our customers. We thank you for your patronage!
