"I recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Kicks AWD. The sales consultant, Matt, was friendly and knowledgeable as he was going through the ins and outs of the vehicle. I did not feel pressure to purchase a vehicle outside my price range or with added packages I was not interested in getting. The financial officer, also Matt, had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. Matt was friendly and did not rush through the paperwork. I felt valued as a Nissan customer. Ron, the technical consultant, helped me set up the safety features on his computer. Ron explained all the features and took his time doing so. I did not feel rushed and he answered any questions I had. Ron also got in the vehicle with me and showed me how to access the safety features we set up in his office. Ron also made sure my phone was set up and connected to the vehicle before I left the lot. First vehicle I have bought in 23 years, and I could not be happier with my decision to choose Nissan Fox on 28th St. in Grand Rapids."
