I want to take a minute to give a shout out to great lovers of what is cool. The father son team of Jeff & Jeff T Butz have a love for Mercury Sleepers as much as anyone. If you are needing pieces and parts to fix your Mercury Fabrication sleeper thay are the men to do it. We have never had the real deal in our shop but they do. We have talked but never face to face. But that is only part of what they do. When you love what do - making friends means more than impressing people. Keep on doing what you are doing!

J Thomas Nettling provided the sound insulation from https://www.secondskinaudio.com/. This has to be the top of the line in soundproofing material. The Luxury Liner Pro is the ultimate in sound absorbtion and is easy to install. The pieces were cut to fit and applied with Loctite PL Premium construction adhesive. https://www.loctiteproducts.com/en/products/build/construction-adhesives/pl-pro-line It provides excellent bonding with metal which lesser adhesives do not. We use it to adhere SS wall panels in restaurant kitchens for fire protection.
We have attached pictures to show the easy installation process.

We get interrupted by work TerMolen & Hart has been doing since 1927. The guys who build the Mercs just refinished the outside and some inside of this New Jersey diner. It was moved from Grand Rapids to be attached to Hot Rod Harley Davidson in Muskegon. I am not sure who influenced who?
