Effective immediately we are no longer going to be engaging in the regular maintenance of machines.

From this point forward our focus will be solely on engine rebuilding, differential & transmission rebuilding, and frame repairs.

A customer was rebuilding his Polaris engine and had a handful of bolts that kept snapping off. Two of them were recessed 1/4” down a chamfered hole. We got them all removed and found a portion of the problem, too much Loctite. Loctite is a fantastic resource, but needs to be applied with caution.

This old 300 2 Stroke needed an oversized piston and had multiple head studs with damaged threads. We bored the cylinder out in house, and then installed our preferred thread repairing inserts that are held in with keyways.

Passenger side roll cage on a 2021 RzR 1000XP that was bent beyond repair. We cut out the old section, welded in a new one, and reinforced it with extra gussets.

One of our projects today. Out of a Can Am Commander 1000. This gearcase would have been scrapped by many other shops due to the casting breaking off where it retains a bearing. We were able to utilize our machining capabilities to fabricate a new, more robust, bearing retainer.

Here are some quick shots from rebuilding a couple heads recently. One from a Viking 700, another from a KX250F. The KX had severely worn valves that were starting to tulip. The Viking is a higher mileage machine that is in for a top end rebuild. Organization and cleanliness is a top priority when dealing with valves and heads. Something as small as a strand of hair can cause a leaky valve.
