If your ATV or SxS doesn’t have a smooth takeoff or seems to slip under a load, it would be worth it to get the belt checked out.

We installed an oversized cylinder sleeve on a Skidoo, which requires the head to be machined oversize as well. Fabricating everything needed to get it fixtured on the lathe took some time, but the final result was a perfect fit.

First start on a top end rebuild for this 2004 Suzuki Twin Peaks 700

A customer was rebuilding his Polaris engine and had a handful of bolts that kept snapping off. Two of them were recessed 1/4” down a chamfered hole. We got them all removed and found a portion of the problem, too much Loctite. Loctite is a fantastic resource, but needs to be applied with caution.
