Front Desk and Customer Service Assistant
This is an important position meant to handle the majority of contact with our customers from check-in to check-out and potential customers over the phone. You must have a friendly, approachable demeanor, able to be proactive and take initiative. This position has the opportunity for growth and advancement.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Dependable with a positive attitude and good work ethic
-Able to work independently and stay focused on tasks
-Willing to learn about mechanical basics of vehicles
-Able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment
-Previous automotive experience not required but welcomed
BASIC JOB DUTIES:
-Answer incoming calls
-Schedule appointments and assist with daily work flow
-Check in customers using POS system, accurately describe vehicle concerns and obtain proper authorization for inspection
-Check-out customers, process payments using our POS and credit card systems and obtain proper paperwork signatures
-Effectively communicate with the customer and be the point of contact for any customer needs
-Communicate and work directly with parts suppliers and vendors
-Provide accurate repair timelines and update customers when they change
-Process warranty claims and communicate with warranty companies
-Maintain stock of basic shop supplies and materials
-Valid drivers license and good driving record required
-Other duties as assigned
Position is 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, approximately 8-5 (start and end times can/will vary slightly), potential for occasional overtime.
