Happy 2-Year Work Anniversary, Zaryn!

Over the past two years, we have watched Zaryn develop not only in his techniques and experience, but also in his professionalism. An apprenticeship comes with challenges, but he has continued working through them, learning from the people around him, and moving forward. He is also someone who is genuinely willing to help. If you ask him for a hand and he has the ability to step in, he will. That willingness to support the people around him makes him a great teammate to have in the shop.

We have truly enjoyed watching Zaryn’s progress and seeing him find his place at Burton Heights. His growth over the past two years makes him a great example of our , “Grow or Die.” Thank you for everything you bring to the team, Zaryn. Happy Workiversary!
