🦍 When the clueless lead the capable, it’s just monkeys performing monkey tricks. No wonder the strongest companies today are led by people who actually understand the tech they’re building.

In a world where technical depth matters more than boardroom jargon, here are some prime examples of companies thriving under technically savvy leadership:

Tesla – Elon Musk: Engineer, coder, and rocket scientist. Not just a CEO, but a hands-on builder.

NVIDIA – Jensen Huang: Electrical engineer and chip architect. He didn’t just ride the AI wave—he helped create it.

Meta – Mark Zuckerberg: Built Facebook from his dorm room. Still writes code.

Amazon – Jeff Bezos is the founder of Amazon, understands cloud infrastructure inside out.

Stripe – Patrick and John Collison: Both brothers are coders and product thinkers.

OpenAI – Sam Altman: Not just a business mind—he’s deeply involved in AI strategy and development.

GitHub – Nat Friedman (former CEO): Developer and open-source advocate.

These leaders don’t just talk—they build, debug, and iterate. So next time you see a boardroom full of suits with empty heads, just remember:

# leadership lacks understanding, disaster isn’t a possibility—it’s the default # #

🚨 Ford Recall Alert – 200,000+ Vehicles Affected
Ford has issued a major recall affecting over 200,000 vehicles due to a rearview camera software issue. The glitch may cause the screen to go blank or freeze—even after shifting out of reverse.

🔧 Models affected include:

2018–2020 Transit Connect

2020–2023 Transit

2019–2023 Mustang

2019–2020 F-150, Edge, Fusion

2020–2024 Explorer, Bronco Sport, Maverick

2020–2022 Escape, F-250 Super Duty

Lincoln models from 2019–2023 (MKZ, Continental, Nautilus, Navigator, Corsair, Aviator)

📍 This is recall 25S72, and it’s a software issue, not hardware. Ford dealerships can resolve it with a simple update.

📍Even on a Saturday, I made time to support my clients. When customers encounter issues, resolving them immediately not only boosts their confidence—it also helps them appear more professional to their end users.

Today, I helped two clients resolve technical questions and provided additional onsite training to reinforce their understanding of TPMS systems. Most drivers may never know a problem occurred—but that’s the power of real technical support: solving the issue before it grows, quietly and precisely.

True trust is built not through promises, but through responsiveness.

🚨 Ford Recalls Over 1.3 Million Vehicles Amid Safety Concerns

Ford has issued a major recall in the U.S., affecting over 1.3 million vehicles due to serious safety defects:

Brake Hazard: Around 2,345 F-Series Super Duty pickups may be missing a brake pedal return spring. This could lead to total brake failure. Ford urges owners to stop driving immediately and offers free repairs and loaner vehicles.

Rear Camera Glitch: Nearly 1.1 million vehicles have faulty rearview cameras that may freeze or go blank, increasing the risk of reversing accidents.

🔧 Ford advises all affected owners to check their VIN on nhtsa.gov/recalls and schedule free service.

Use our VIN lookup tool to check for recalls on your car, or search by make and model. Also, get recall information on car seats, tires and equipment.

🔁 Why Do Vehicles Need TPMS Relearn?
Each TPMS sensor is programmed with a unique ID and protocol to communicate with your vehicle's ECU. When a sensor is replaced, the vehicle must “relearn” the new sensor ID — otherwise, it won't recognize the sensor, and you'll see a warning light.

📌 Two Options After Replacing a Sensor:
Relearn Procedure: Teach the vehicle to recognize the new ID through one of these methods:

OBD Relearn: Common in many Asian vehicles and some US models. Requires a TPMS tool connected to the OBD port.

Manual Relearn: Found mostly in US vehicles. Follows a step-by-step trigger sequence without tools.

Auto Relearn: Used in many European vehicles and select US models. The system automatically learns the sensor ID after a short drive.

ID Cloning (No Relearn Needed): Instead of using a new ID, you can clone the original sensor ID into the replacement sensor. This way, the vehicle already recognizes it — no relearn required.

📝 Note: Some vehicles support more than one relearn method, giving you flexibility depending on the tools available.

🔍 What the Anker recall teaches us about product responsibility Over 1.1 million Anker power banks were recalled due to fire risks. But the real lesson? ✅ Great products require great engineering and product teams — not blind trust in suppliers.

A factory saying “it’s fine” means nothing without independent verification, QA protocols, and supply chain oversight. Every component matters. Every spec must be challenged.

In tech, professionalism isn't optional — it's protection.

💡 The Silent Firefighter

After a key team member left the company, a wave of issues suddenly emerged. But here's the twist—these weren't new problems. They had always been there.

He didn’t cause them. He just solved them. Quietly. Instantly. Over and over. So fast, in fact, that no one ever realized there were fires being put out.

Now that he's gone, everyone sees the smoke… but no one knows where the extinguisher is.

👉 Efficiency is invisible when it’s working. But when it’s gone—you feel everything fall apart. 👉 Don’t mistake silence for simplicity. Sometimes your strongest systems wear no badge and ask for no credit.
