The boys are at the shop doing a brake job today and Cam is working on redoing a dresser she picked up on the side of the road. I’m out driving the bus.

AJ and I worked all day after church today. We got one of the rollbacks inside and the big wrecker inside to work on. We moved around a lot of stuff at the shop and hopefully we can get welding done on the other rollback so it is ready to go. So far we need 6 batteries 3 starters, a transmission and some wiring 🤦🏼‍♂️ Keep on going

In memory of Chris. This was one of the nights he and I were out pulling a car off a snowmobile trail in -30 weather. He took this picture and always gave me crap for never wearing gloves and grabbing the metal chains and cables like it was nothing. This is one of my favorite pictures.

It’s been a rough day today our good friend Chris Davis passed away this morning. Chris was family to us. He went out on many jobs for Cook County Towing and loved exploring out in the north woods. He gave me crap constantly to get the business back up and running. Today the kids and I were working at the shop and I just happened to sit down and that’s when we found out. Chris was an awesome guy and will be missed by many. Be looking for the business to be going full speed in memory of Chris.

The kids have been working hard on building their ice house in the shop. They are hoping to try it out this weekend. They put up signs and license plates inside for decorations and to hold insulation now just need some dinette cushions or foam to make seat/bed on the bottom. We welded an old bed frame to make a top bunk. Lots of recycling going on in there. Scrap camper, windows from a camper that got crushed by a tree. They tried it out last night.
