We delight in the growth of our community by providing houses at the best price with the best service. Our company was established in 1983 as a vineyard management entity. At that time, we were a family partnership called Lynch Vines and Wines. In 1996, we incorporated and became Graperfection, Inc. and, at our peak, we were selling 300 tons of premium winegrapes annually to popular California win

eries such as Beringer, Kendall Jackson, Geyser Peak, and Rodney Strong, to name a few. In 2000, we began leasing homes in addition to managing vineyards. By 2008, we decided to focus on providing comfortable homes at competitive prices, here in Grand Junction. Now, as of January 2014, we can continue the tradition of family-owned business by welcoming our son-in-law, Patrick, as our Property Manager. Together, we are supplying our tenants with "homes," rather than houses. We take pride in the quality of the homes we have to offer and we strive to live up to our motto, “the best landlords you've ever had.”
