🚨 Slow Down, Move Over – Protect Those Who Protect Us 🚨

Every day, first responders, tow truck operators, and highway workers risk their lives to keep others safe. Too many have been struck, injured, or killed while performing their duties on the roadside — tragedies that could have been prevented.

The Slow Down, Move Over message is simple but powerful: when you see flashing lights, slow down and move over to give them the space they need to do their job safely.

This page is dedicated to raising awareness, honoring the fallen, and educating the public about the importance of following this life-saving law. Together, we can stand up for those who stand on the line every day.

In light of the recent extreme weather conditions, we have explored all areas of beautiful western Colorado. We drove 10 miles south of Gateway to retrieve a pickup sweep from a creek crossing after a flash flood. Fortunately, everyone is safe; please exercise caution.

Laramie Energy contacted us this afternoon for assistance with a tow from above Colbran. We promptly responded to the call and successfully recovered the stranded vehicle. Our team is trained to work in diverse conditions, including mud, snow, ice, and rain, and we encountered all of them during this call, which concluded with a breathtaking sunset.
