Dan's crazy twin turbo sbc blazer put down an impressive 5.5x 1/8mile this past weekend on only 19psi in the Street Monster class at Street Car Invasion this past weekend. Unfortunately, it was a couple hundreths behind the insane twin turbo coyote f100 that would go on to win that class.
The BoostX Supra drew an extremely fast s10 first round, spun off the line, and just didnt have enough sause to reel the s10 in.
Overall, we had a great time at Street Car Invasion, and look forward to it coming back next year!

Congrats to Dan on his 8.9! After battling a few issues this season, he was able to put together an A-to-B 8 second pass on 15-16psi. Now to turn it up 👻

Dodge Ram with mild cam & mds delete in for tuning. Had a Bully Dog gt tuner on it that ran like poo with multiple CEL's - those 'chip/tuners' dont actually address what needs to be adjusted and tuned for when physically removing the mds system and adding modifications

A quick overview of how drastic cam timing can affect power. This is a gen 3 coyote f150 on 87 octane.

These are mutiple runs with the stock cams set at different centerlines (bracketing) with the same exact target spark and afr. The final run is an interpolation of all the best angles.

But now factor how drastic this is on an engine where you dont have direct, active variable control of the ICL and ECL of the cams. Choose the wrong profile and you're stuck with a slug off the line, running out of breath up top, crappy midrange tq, or power production issues with your power adder...
