Every hatch, hinge, and console edge on this 2025 Sea Pro 242E was digitized before a single piece was cut. 🎣

Custom Marine Mat flooring now runs through the cockpit, around the center console, across the hatch lids, and up into the bow seating area. The owner chose a gray teak-style layout with blue accent lines and borders. It's a clean match for the boat's gray upholstery and white gelcoat.

Take a closer look at the cutouts around the T-top legs, hinges, and deck fittings. That's what precision digitizing is for.

Brand new boat, and the owner still wanted more out of the flooring. 🚤

We added custom teak-style Marine Mat decking throughout this cruiser, including the cockpit, swim platform, steps, side walkways, and bow. Every section was digitized and measured for the boat's layout, so the pattern lines run cleanly from area to area.

The result is cushioned comfort underfoot, traction in wet and dry conditions, and a surface that's easier to clean after a day on the water.

We designed and fit custom Marine Mat flooring throughout this express cruiser, covering the cockpit, helm area, companionway step, and swim platform. The gray base with dark navy outlines in a geometric pattern pulls in the navy canvas and gives the whole deck a clean, updated look.

Each section was measured to follow the boat's curves, seating bases, and hardware, including the cutouts around the table mount and the engine hatch opening.

Two boats, two very different looks, and both built around every curve. 🔥

Nor-Tech Powersport Update
This cockpit is all about the details. Gray Marine Mat with red accent lines runs in a geometric pattern from the helm back to the rear seating, finished with a bold red Nor-Tech logo right in the floor. The flooring ties the whole red-and-silver interior together.

Mako Add-On
On this Mako, we carried custom Marine Mat up the side walls so everything flows with the flooring. The gray, white, and black camo-style pattern with blue trim lines wraps the bow floor, hatch lids, and side panels, with clean cutouts around the speakers and hardware.

Worn decks don't stand a chance around here. 🛥️

We just wrapped up a full custom Marine Mat update on a classic 1980s Mainship — cockpit, helm area, bow, and steps all got a clean gray layout with blue pinstriping. The digitizing process let us match every curve and hatch on this boat so the fit followed the original layout piece by piece.

Right alongside it, we finished a Sea Ray project focused on style and traction — a custom diamond-pattern Marine Mat design across the bow area, built for a boat that gets used hard on the water.

The cockpit and swim platform were fully digitized and cut with a custom diamond pattern in warm brown and tan tones, with the Fountain logo built right into the floor and the boat's name, "Basketcase," personalized onto the swim platform. Worn flooring didn't stand a chance this week. 🛥️

First up, a full Monterey cockpit and swim platform transformation — out with the old, worn flooring, in with a custom Marine Mat layout in gray with a teak-style pattern, precision-cut around every cleat, hatch, and drain.

Then we headed to a Sea Ray that already had Marine Mat installed and added matching black diamond-patterned pieces to the steps, side panels, and swim platform edge to complete the kit. Same coordinated look, extended to every surface that gets used.
