Shop Manager – Expert RV Service Center

Expert RV Service Center is hiring a motivated and experienced Shop Manager to lead our fast-paced RV service department. We are looking for a strong leader who can keep operations running efficiently, support technicians, and deliver top-level customer service in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the RV service shop
• Schedule and manage technician workflow for maximum productivity
• Coordinate repairs, diagnostics, inspections, and warranty work
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of jobs
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status and timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service department
• Work closely with the parts department to ensure availability of needed parts
• Train, mentor, and support service technicians
• Monitor shop efficiency, labor performance, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
• Previous service management or shop management experience preferred
• RV experience strongly preferred but not mandatory. (Electrical, plumbing or construction experience helpful)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling, estimates, and customer relations
• Valid driver’s license required
