Shottenkirks Senior of of the month is… Sierra Morisette!! She is a senior at Granbury High School who has maintained an A in every class while pursuing as much college credit as possible. Through the CTE program, she completed a business practicum as an intern under Holly Brakeen at A+ Roofing and is currently enrolled in the engineering practicum.
Her faith shapes how she leads and serves. At Stonewater Church, Sierra serves in Kids Ministry on Sundays, sits on the Student Leadership Team on Wednesdays, and leads a Deep Dive group of four girls. At school, she has advanced to both the State and International levels in DECA, where she has held three leadership roles: sophomore representative, Vice President of Competition, and Co-President. She currently serves as vice president of the Granbury Jr. Optimist Club, which honored her for outstanding service, and she was elected president of the National Honor Society. She has also competed and completed service projects through HOSA. After graduation, Sierra plans to attend Texas A&M University in College Station to study architectural engineering, where she intends to continue her ministry involvement and pursue leadership within an academic engineering sorority.
