Did you know Dale started working on RV’s in the late 1900’s? 👀
He started tinkering with RV’s at the age of 13, which was 35 years ago, because he had an uncle and a dad that had been working on them all their lives (they both retired just a few years ago). He was hired at a shop in Cleburne, Tx at 16 working after school in 1994, which was 32 years ago. Dale now has roughly 65,000 hours working on RV’s. The only gap is when he joined the United States Army and served in the Bosnia war. There is no RV school on the planet that can teach what Dale has learned over the years
Dale has been a part of the industries ups, downs, in's and out's, take overs and sell outs, along with the ever-changing features and builds. He has toured manufacturing facilities and knows how an RV is built from the first weld of the frame to the last screw put in the roof! Dale was also mastered certified through RVDA, which was/is the Recreational Vehicle Dealership Association.

👉First thing this morning we replaced a microwave under warranty and took pictures of that same RV for insurance in Tres Rios.
👉Went to check on a leak after it rained in Cozy Hill
Inspected an AC ensure it was clean and operating properly in Cozy Hill
👉Finally to Hooves and Wheels for a roof inspection because when they bought it, they were told it had two new AC’s and a new roof – WRONG. PLEASE get inspections people, it’s so important. This RV needs 15,000 in repairs after they spent 30 grand on it two weeks ago.
👉We also spent roughly four hours on the phone with two different insurance companies, Lippert warranty, Dometic warranty, Grand Design and Jayco. It was a MONDAY yall!
