911 Driving School of Graham & Puyallup is looking for office team members at both of our office locations. We are seeking friendly, patient, but enthusiastic individuals who would like to help make the roads a safer place. Candidates must be willing to work some Saturdays.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, greeting customers, registering customers for driving lessons, scheduling driving appointments, answering customer questions via phone and email, data entry, managing the schedule of staff members, administer tests, and database management.
Applicants must be extremely detail-oriented, able to multi-task, have computer knowledge/skills and thrive in a fast-paced, very diverse environment. Our customers come from every part of the world.
Qualifications:
*Enthusiastic person who can provide a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and competency on the job. Patience and smiles are a must.
*Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
*General computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook).
*Responsible and dependable team player with the ability to work independently.
*Ability to multi-task and be resourceful. Details, details, details!
*Pass a comprehensive background check.
*Clean driving record.
*High school diploma or equivalent.
Multi-lingual a bonus but not required.
Requirements:
Have you had more than one moving violation within the preceding 12 months or more than two moving violations within the preceding 24 months?
Have you had any traffic violations or suspensions within the preceding 12 months?
Have you had a driver’s license suspension, cancellation, revocation, or denial within the preceding 3 years?
Have you been convicted of any crime?
Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent?
Willing to work Saturday?
Job Type: Minimum 24 hours per week
Salary: $16-$19 DOE
