The CRF collection. Our original mount for 2002 -2016 engines with a 2017-2018 version available. Works with stock engines and with engines that have been modified the Hegar4 belt drive system.

Then we have our divorced transmission mount. This mount was designed with the jackshaft and crank centerline in the same relationship as a stock motor. This makes it a perfect match for the Hegar belt drive system. We offer this mount as shown so if you have an existing engine with the Hegar system its a seamless transition to divorce the case and use your existing drivers, belt and tensioner wheel. We can also supply this mount with the Hegar drivers on request.

Also shown are out billet aluminum cylinder head water outlets. These replace the stock bent steel tube allowing you to use any 1/2" pipe threaded fitting. This not only gives you a straight shot out to your radiator but makes adding a temp gauge fitting or remote filler cap a breeze to install.

We also offer mounts for TRX, YZF , Bama's , Wankles , and others. The CRF mounts are in stock and ready to ship, all others are built to order with a 2-3 week lead time. Be sure to check with our friends at Competition Carb as he is stocking some items and other cool items as well as our friends at Hegar 4.

Everything back up and running. First item on the shelf ready to ship. CRF 450 UAS mount. Set up with 1.250" international spacing butterflies. I apologize for the confusing last post and appreciate all the kind words and support. The last few years have been a real roller coaster. The decision to relocate back to WA and get back open has proven to be far more difficult than I imagined and we've hit a few real obstacles. I'm not sure when we will get back going at this point. In frustration with another set back I decided maybe it's just not worth it. I have a number of jobs to get finished and acces to a machine shop to clear those open jobs. I'm praying for guidance and discernment on where to go from here. I
For now I will not be able to take any orders until I'm able to clear the deck and get clarity on where to go from here. I've been blessed beyond what I deserve with such great support and great customers , freinds, and family and I thank you.

Buttoning up this 12 part run on these simple but challenging parts. Challenging in that the parts are 2x longer than my x axis with machinable features on both sides requiring multiple set ups. The material itself proved even more challenging. Engineering requirements that it be aluminum alloy but with no zinc allowed in the composition. This made for horrible machinability with how gummy it is with no zinc. Couple trials with cutter geometry and different cutting l***s we did ok albeit with a little longer run times than I estimated. Back to engine builds and mounts Wed. after we get these shipped off, some house keeping.

The cylinder head shop is ready for action. The dcm guide and seat machine is leveled and trammed. All the guide pilots and various seat cutters organized. Rebuilt Sioux valve facer fresh oil and stones trued. Cuda washer fresh fill with aluminum safe cleaner. Head rebuilds start at $250 and up depending on parts and level of porting required.

Ktm 525 mount now available. Our customer needed one but we never offered one. We sent him our custom mount work sheet for required dimensions and he sent it back. Fit up great. After seeing it installed we are making a couple minor changes going forward to add some strength. We can make these in our standard kart configuration or in 1.25 or 1.125 cage kart style.
