Good News!

This week we are upgrading our phone and communications systems to Ring Central. You will now be able to call shop directly and choose whom you would like to speak with, leave voicemails or text messages directly with that person, and also have the ability to be directly transferred for urgent matters.

We have had trouble with various carriers over the years not being able to put calls on hold, excessive spam calls, etc. We want to make sure all of our customers are taken care of in a timely manner and this system will allow us to accommodate the higher volume of phone calls we have been receiving while weeding out the spammers that continuously waste all of our time on a daily basis.

Very down year in 2025 with the unexpected loss of our owner, the sudden shut down of what was supposed to be our second location and many other obstacles we had to overcome behind the scenes but we can confidently say we are very motivated and excited for this coming season to take this business back to where it needs to be and beyond where it was before. You can expect to see many changes that we promise. Some of the main things we will abide by going forward.

-As always equipment and technology will be consistently purchased on an as needed basis to ensure we are continuing to be fully updated and capable for any changes in emissions related repairs, technical bulletins, safety recalls etc. but we will no longer rely on the top level and often overpriced scan tools and software supplied by the local tool trucks to conduct our repairs as we have realized this is dead end street and all the legitimate top level diagnostic shops are using software and programs that are not easily obtained. Research is the key and we will be fully invested on any and all dealer level repair/maintenance software that is available.

-There will never be a master mechanic in this building who is not certified and qualified to the furthest extent. Most usually consider ASE master certification but this may vary. People can think, say what they will but there is a big difference. Continued education is key In this day and age with the advanced technology we see on a daily basis and if you are not committing the time and effort into mastering your craft and using literature and educational courses to advance your knowledge then you do not belong at the head of a busy repair station conducting all of the work and pointing all of the guys underneath you in the right direction. In the past this has caused us countless unnecessary financial burdens and delayed repair time frames trying to use process of elimination and other methods to complete repairs that could be regularly completed by someone more qualified.

-Loaner cars- we are working on trying to implement a loaner car system where customers can use the vehicles we provide while we are conducting their repairs. Noone wants to be without a vehicle that is very understandable and we will do all that we can going forward to ensure any responsible driver has a vehicle to depend on for transportation for any time consuming repairs being made

-Used car sales- We have consistently been involved in used car sales over the past 8 years and it has been a staple to keeping this shop moving with a consistent revenue. Over the next few months we will focus on providing a 5-10 used car lot filled with front line ready vehicles ready to go for anyone in need. We have found this to be a great niche and we see many cars we have sold in the past still driving on a daily basis which is very satisfying.

-Performance based modifications- We have slowly but surely over the past few years gotten involved with performance modifications in cars and trucks (mainly GM vehicles) on a routine basis. Whether it is tuning engines, transmissions for better performance, better fuel economy etc. this is something we have a high interest in and is not covered by many in this local area so we will make it a priority to pursue this even further going forward. You will see a few vehicles going up for sale in just the next few months that show this ability

-Towing- After a few years we have decided to get back into the towing business. Any stranded or broken down vehicles not covered by AAA will have the option of having us tow the vehicle to our shop for a fee. We are still buying unwanted vehicles and are open to making offers on any vehicle you are looking to part ways with. Whether you are using our shop for repairs or not we will be offering this service to any destination

2026 will be our 67th year in business serving this community and we look forward to making it an impactful one.

2022 BMW X3 XDrive - Customer wanted the highest quality brakes. We sourced them Brembo high performance brake pads overnight. Best part both sets less than $100 a piece. As always we still allow customers to provide their own parts after they have diagnosed or paid us to diagnose the issue. American, European, Asian we service all makes and models and have multiple different scan tools, shop programs and factory software to perform complete system diagnostics, check factory technical service bulletins, complete factory updates and more. At this point in time most people are experiencing financial struggle. Between grocery costs, fuel, rents, utilities etc. people are having a very tough time getting by and it is truly a shame but unfortunately the reality we are all facing.

We have always tried to keep our prices fair as many of the people we do business with are not only valued customers but true friends.
Something we are going to focus on this year is a Lower Price Higher Volume approach where we can meet the demands of our customers with a lower overall price but also pay our bills and continue to grow at the same time. Upgraded technology, machines and cost of living the past few years has driven hourly labor prices up. With these following set prices we look to bring more people through the door while still offering people a professional, up to date, and experienced dealership alternative for all of your automotive needs.

2017 Chevrolet 1500 rear quarter damage and rust/scratch repair front of bed. Grind down, pull as much of dent out as possible, apply fiberglass, cover with 2 swipes of body filler, sand and reshape body lines, prime with self etch onto all bare metal, then apply high build primer and glaze to remove any imperfections
