🚨 KDR Suspension Tech Spotlight: Deja Moto WP CC Spring Seats 🚨

Just because your bike is brand new doesn’t mean the suspension is set up correctly. In fact, we see issues straight from the factory all the time across multiple brands and models.

One problem we’ve been seeing regularly is with the WP Closed Cartridge spring forks. From the factory, many of them come with little to no spring preload, which can lead to the OEM plastic spring seats shattering over time.

When these fail, plastic debris ends up throughout the forks and can cause the forks to lock down similar to a failed air fork setup — definitely not something you want happening during a race or deep out on the trail.

That’s why at KDR Suspension, whether your bike comes in for a simple rebuild or a full custom setup, we install Deja Moto WP CC spring seats and properly set spring preload to ensure everything is dialed in correctly.

2017 Yamaha YXZ1000 getting the full KDR treatment 👊

This machine came in with about 1,500 miles, and the owner was never happy with how harsh it rode straight from the dealership.

Even low-mile SXS shocks can be far from “right” — and this one proved it.

• Full tear-down & rebuild of all Fox 2.5 internal bypass shocks
• Micro-polished shock shafts (longer seal life, reduced friction)
• Dual-rate spring kit installed with properly clocked springs & ride height set specifically for this SXS
• KDR custom valving tailored to the customer’s driving style
• Upgraded Schrader valve reservoir caps to eliminate common OEM failure points

We also found multiple leaking OEM reservoir caps — a known issue that we corrected the right way.

The result? A smoother, more controlled ride that actually performs the way it should have from the start.

Brand new Polaris RZR Pro XP Ultimate — dialed in the right way. 🔧🔥

These machines come factory-equipped with Fox Live Valve shocks, and while they’re solid out of the box, there’s a lot left on the table without proper setup.

We installed:
• MTS Off-Road spring kit
• Reservoir Schrader valve nitrogen caps (Fox OEM caps are notorious for leaking)
• Shock body wear sleeves to protect the shocks and keep them looking new

Finished off with Raisin Cain Racing & Powder custom powder-coated springs and bronze accent pieces that set this RZR apart 👌

Ride height was set correctly using axle angles and exposed shaft lengths, ensuring proper geometry, performance, and long-term reliability.

This is a package we recommend for ALL side-by-side owners — because setup matters.
