🏁 **2011 STREET GLIDE RE-TUNE** 🏁

This 2011 Street Glide came into the shop after having ** TTS MASTERTUNE 2 (HARLEY) 150 cams installed** and being told it had been tuned. The customer's complaint? **Poor acceleration, weak performance, and disappointing rideability.**

After checking the ECM, the problem became obvious. The **ECM was still running the stock Harley-Davidson calibration**—it had **never actually been tuned** after the cam installation. A cam swap without a proper calibration leaves a lot of performance on the table.

We performed a **complete custom dyno tune with TTS MASTERTUNE 2 (HARLEY)**, optimizing the fuel and ignition tables for the new combination.

📈 **Results:**
✅ Horsepower increased from **90.24 HP** to **94.80 HP**
✅ Torque increased from **98.10 ft-lbs** to **110.57 ft-lbs**
✅ Much stronger acceleration
✅ Improved throttle response
✅ Better rideability throughout the RPM range

The engine break-in is just about complete, and we've gathered enough dyno data to begin building a custom calibration with ** TTS MASTERTUNE 2 (HARLEY)** specifically for this **148 CID beast**.

**Next up is VTune, followed by dialing in the Torque Management tables** to make sure this engine delivers every bit of its power as smoothly and effectively as possible. That's where the fine-tuning happens—and where a properly calibrated Harley really separates itself from the rest.

There are **NO canned tunes** here. Every table is built around **this engine**, **this combination**, and **this motorcycle**.

The stopping power is catching up to the horsepower! 💪🔥

The ** Brakes Racing front and rear brake rotors** are now installed, along with **Brembo calipers** using a **Kraus Moto rear radial caliper mount** and **Twisted T Industries front radial caliper mounts**. With the new ** T-MAN PERFORMANCE 148 CID** engine, this bike is going to need every bit of braking performance it can get!

🏁 **2022 STREET GLIDE ST SHOP BIKE 148 BUILD UPDATE!** 🏁🔥

The **2022 Street Glide ST** is getting closer to making its first full-power dyno pulls! 💪

We installed an **RK 530 ProDR Drag Racing chain** and immediately realized it's an **old-school non O-ring chain**. 🤦‍♂️ Great for dedicated drag race applications, but for a street bike that may hit the run what you brung races we may end up swapping back to the **RK 530 O-ring chain** for better longevity and lower maintenance. Time will tell! ⚙️

While we were at it, we knocked out a bunch of the finishing details:
🔹 RK 530 chain drive installed
🔹 T-MAN PERFORMANCE Head breather system finished
🔹 Trask Performance Transmission breather completed
🔹 T-MAN PERFORMANCE Dipstick breather installed
🔹 Primary back together
🔹 Starter installed
🔹 New bushings installed in the ** Motor Company**
🔹 New friction discs installed in the ** Clutches and Cables**

**💪 Another Harley Breathing the Way It Should! 🏍️🔥**

This **2018 Road Glide Ultra** came in looking for a little more power, stronger passing performance, and improved rideability.

**Starting combination:**

✅ Vance & Hines slip-ons

To make it reliable as well as powerful, we upgraded far more than just the cam.

🔧 **Installed:**
⚙️ TTS MASTERTUNE 2 (HARLEY) 100 Camshaft – excellent low-end torque and real-world passing power
⚙️ S&S Cycle, Inc. Cam Plate & Oil Pump – replacing the insufficient OEM components known for oiling issues on these engines
⚙️ S&S Cycle, Inc. Precision Tappets
⚙️ S&S Cycle, Inc. Adjustable Pushrods
⚙️ Andrews Precision Crank Cam Sprocket – replacing the sloppy factory sprocket for more accurate cam timing and valve events

📈 **Results:**
💥 **102.2 HP**
💥 **115.9 lb-ft Torque**

For a mild touring cam, these are excellent numbers with a much stronger torque curve where this rider will actually use it.

You'll notice a small torque dip around **2,000 RPM at wide-open throttle**. That's caused by the **very free-flowing exhaust combination** (de-catted stock header with Vance & Hines slip-ons), which sacrifices a little exhaust scavenging and cylinder filling at low RPM. During normal riding and part-throttle operation, the bike is smooth, responsive, and significantly stronger than when it arrived.

🏁 **Another great example of why a proper dyno tune matters!** 🏁

This **2016 Harley-Davidson** came to **Gunny's V-Twin Performance & Dyno Tuning** with a **D&D 2-1 Exhaust** and **High Flow Air Cleaner** already installed... but it had **never been tuned** after the upgrades.

📈 **No additional performance parts were installed.**
The **only change** was a **top-quality dyno tune using TTS MASTERTUNE 2 (HARLEY)** on the **factory ECM**.

**Results:**
🔥 **Power:** 78.8 HP ➡️ **87.1 HP** (+8.3 HP)
💪 **Torque:** 98.4 lb-ft ➡️ **106.6 lb-ft** (+8.2 lb-ft)

The heavy lifting is done, and this beast is finally sitting where it belongs. Next up:

✅ Finish installing the remaining **sensors**
✅ Install the **oil line**
✅ Then it's time for the **CryoHeat Transmission** to go in! ❄️⚙️

After that, it's all about finishing assembly, loading the **TTS MASTERTUNE 2 (HARLEY)** calibration, and getting this monster strapped to the dyno. We can't wait to see what this combination of **T-MAN PERFORMANCE**, **Darkhorse Motor Company**, ** Horsepower Inc.** 70mm Throttle Body and **TTS MasterTune** is going to lay down! 📈🔥
