A new license is easy to lose and hard to get back. Tickets, at-fault crashes, and phone violations all put it at risk, and in Louisiana the rules are stricter for new drivers. We teach teens to protect it from day one. Enroll today.

Louisiana licenses teen drivers in stages, and doing them in order is the fastest path to a license.

Drivers ed first, then a learner's permit at 15, an intermediate license at 16, and a full license at 17. Each stage has its own rules, including the 180-day permit hold and 50 hours of supervised driving.

Our guide walks the whole process in order, so you know what is coming next.

Serving Gonzales and Ascension Parish.

Drivers ed, learner's permit at 15, intermediate license at 16, full license at 17. Here is what each step of the Louisiana licensing process requires, in order.

That first lesson sets the tone for everything after it. We make it calm, structured, and genuinely encouraging, so your teen leaves wanting to come back. Ready to book it?

Passing the road test is the goal of the week. Driving safely for the next sixty years is the real goal. We teach for both, so your teen is ready long after the examiner signs off. See our courses.

Work zones change daily: shifted lanes, workers on foot, and sudden stops. Slow down, follow the cones, and double your following distance. New drivers especially need to expect the unexpected here. We teach how to read and handle them. Enroll today.
