Malone Upfits will be at PoncaMX with some new products for your vans/trailers. We redesigned the current oil/spray can racks to be able to not bounce out of the racks. We also designed boot racks so you can wash then dry your boots while keeping the floor space at a maximum for your bikes. Boots can be turned any direction you wish to make sure they clear the bikes in the back of the van.

This 2020 van came in with a factory headliner and a wall. Customer wanted to keep the factory look in the front and build the back out. We removed the work that had previously been done and started our work. Built a new wall with a shelf in the front. All new panels with rubber coin flooring on the floor and up lower section. Added LED lights to the garage area, and enclosed cabinet, and a water tank underneath on a pump for washing bikes. Made some rear door panels with extra storage spots in them as well.

Just wrapped up another awesome build. Started with a 170 ext 4x4 sprinter. This van got upgraded with a 12v nomadic cooling system, Espar diesel heater, arb air, 25 gallon water tank, mbux iPhone/Xbox integration, CA Tuned front bumper with Rigid light bar, NOCO battery charger.

Just wrapped up a few modifications on this Moto van. It came in for a driver side window and a tv console above the front seats.

We had to cut out the existing paneling and make a new panel to wrap around the window. Cut out sheet metal and install the new window.

The tv console moved the tv from the side wall where the window was going to it’s new home above the driver and passenger. Electric and an hdmi cord was ran up to it from the xbox.

This customer held no expense on material selection for his custom dirt bike build. The rear will hold his 450 and his sons 65. 2 helmet storage racks, gear storage area, and of course a tv that is ran off Wifi so they can watch the Pros between motos. The front houses a full electric bench seat with another wifi enabled tv with that "Black Luxury Limo Carpet" covering the walls and floor.

This was the first van we ever did back in 2018. Man have we come a long way.
