PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accurately inspect and remove defects from product before shipping
Carefully remove excess flash and trimming left on product after molding process
Accurately complete required documentation.
Must maintain production and quality
Read and comprehend work instructions
Must follow instructions and procedures

SECONDARY DUTIES:

Maintain Good housekeeping in and around assigned work area, practice 5-S procedures.
At times, sort good from no good pieces

This is an entry level position for someone that is interested in
Learning the basics of maintaining facility equipment and grounds.
These include, but are not limited to performing routine building maintenance
Tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing etc.)

• Package parts for next process or shipping
• De-flash parts as needed
• Inspect parts for defects
• Fill our daily production sheets / record production in computer
• Clean machine as required
• Must be able to follow work instructions and procedures
SECONDARY DUTIES:
• Maintain good housekeeping in and around assigned work areas, follow the 5-S procedure.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor or manager
• Basic Math
EDUCATION:
• High School Diploma
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds
PPE REQUIREMENTS:
• Steel toes (not provided)
• ear plugs
• hairnets or hat
• safety glasses
