Hopkins Auto Body and Collision Center 1 Golden Valley are so excited to be a sponsor this year for the Hopkins Royals Boys Hockey Program! We got the pleasure of being at a game on Feb 1st to hand out rally towels and cheer on our Royals.

Also Sponsoring is Popped Corn! You can pick up one of these cool tins, filled with Windy City Mix. $6 per tin goes to the Hockey Program.

With all the recent and upcoming snow, its good to be prepared and understand how your vehicle can help you in a potentially dangerous situation.

Did you know there is a small, amber, blinking light in all new vehicles that will let you know that your wheels are slipping? It's called the stability-control system. You can identify is as the outline of a car with squiggly lines behind it. When this turns on, ease up on the accelerator so the tires can regain grip.

CAR FACT:

Did you know the word "car" is derived from the Latin word "Carrum"? It means "two-wheeled Celtic war chariot". I think I found a new name for my Forester!
