Pavement Pounder is back — and bigger than ever.
Last year we took the long way from Pontiac to Las Vegas, carving across the desert on the legendary Route 66 — an unforgettable run that captured exactly what these events are all about:
real cars, real people, real miles.
And now 2026 is leveling up.
This year’s 8‑day, 1,000‑mile adventure runs from Detroit to Wheel Hub Live, hitting some of the most iconic automotive landmarks in America — The Henry Ford, Auburn’s Duesenberg Museum, Indy 500 week, Route 66 turning 100, and the Iowa byways.
To break it all down, I’m going LIVE with Cole Quinnell — the HOT ROD legend behind Power Tour and Pavement Pounder stories.

Cruisin the Ohio – Golconda, IL will be happening the LAST FRIDAY of the month starting in April!

With the scenic riverfront currently being refurbished, we’re excited to announce that when possible, our cruise will run right along the beautiful Ohio River.

Golconda truly has one of the most beautiful places anywhere to relax, cruise, and enjoy the majestic Ohio River. Bring the cars, bring the lawn chairs, and come enjoy a great evening on the riverfront!
