When the boss is away… the team celebrates with subs! 🥪😂

Apparently all it takes for a team lunch is for the boss to leave the building!

Can’t complain though—good food, good crew, and judging by that 👍 in the back, morale is at an all-time high. 😂

Work hard. Fix cars. Eat subs. 🔧🥪

With AI getting used more each day, we decided to see where we stand locally. It was great to see we made the list let alone be strongly supported! Having a great team who are passionate and committed to providing the best service for our community is something that we are grateful for!

🏆 CELEBRATING THE WINS AT TOP NOTCH AUTO! 🏆

Our team has been absolutely killing it lately, and we believe hard work deserves to be recognized!

So we traded the tools and repair orders for some great food and got together after work to celebrate. 🍽️

One thing that’s important to us at Top Notch Auto is that when we celebrate, we include the families who support our team every day. Our success isn’t just about the people in the shop—it also comes from the families behind them who support the long days, training, and commitment it takes to be great at what we do.

At Top Notch Auto, success isn’t just about the numbers or how many cars we repair. It’s about working together, helping each other improve, overcoming the tough days, and celebrating the wins together.

I’m incredibly proud of this crew and what they’ve accomplished lately. When you have a group of people pulling in the same direction, great things happen.

Great food. Great fellowship. Great families. One incredible team. 💪

Work hard. Win together. Celebrate together.

We were missing Kristy for this one — it definitely wasn’t the whole Top Notch crew without her!

Here’s to our team, our families, and everything we’re building together at Top Notch Auto! 🔧🏁

We had a vehicle with a slow to no crank this week. I believe there may be an issue here. Never over look the basics!

What Does Success Look Like?

To me, success isn’t measured by how many cars we fix—it’s measured by the people standing around them.

This picture represents exactly what success looks like. A team of like-minded technicians, each bringing their own skills, experience, and perspective to the table. We challenge each other, learn from each other, and celebrate each other’s victories.

The truth is, not every vehicle goes down easy. Sometimes a diagnosis humbles us. Sometimes a repair kicks our butt. But instead of one person carrying the load, we come together, solve the problem, and share what we learned so the entire team becomes better.

That’s the culture we’re building at Top Notch Auto.

Because when one technician grows, the whole team grows. And when the whole team grows, our customers receive the very best we have to offer.
