Class Requirements
Red River Valley CDL Training is a family ran business from Northwestern Minnesota. We take pride with our students to make sure they are properly trained, confident in themselves and the truck, and abide by all Federal and State laws. We offer 2 opportunities for training:
* We come to you. $4250.00 plus traveling cost, We use your truck.
* You come to us. $4250.00 and you us

e our truck. Our program consists of 3 portions: theory, drive, and range. The theory portion is provided online by RRV CDL once we receive your payment/ deposit. This part is self-paced. Once you have completed the theory portion, you will need your Commercial Learners Permit (CLP), DOT Medical card, 3 years of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and a DOT Drug Test,- we can get you scheduled for your Behind the Wheel (BTW) Drive and Range portion of the program. Our scheduling for the driving portion depends on you! For the Drive and Range class, the length of the program is based on your driving ability. If you have previous driving experience, the training can be 3-4 days. For those that are new to driving, the program can be longer. Our trainer will NOT sign off on a student until he is confident that you can safely drive and have the knowledge required.
