Busy season is upon us and we are running a tighter schedule than a pit crew on race day. Here are some things to keep in mind if you book with us to help keep our workflow smooth and get your bike back quickly!
1. Yes you need an appointment! Whether it’s as little as needing a tire mounted, oil change, dyno tune or a full-on build, call us ahead of time!
2. If you have a dyno tune scheduled and your tire looks like this, tell us or get it taken care of in advance! Extremely worn tires, aged tires, tires with plugs in them aren’t going to work and may even be dangerous for us. We do a brief inspection before running any bike on the dyno- but please mention any safety concern you have!
3. We’re happy to do any work you need, but please mention everything you’re wanting done when you schedule so we can schedule an appropriate time slot. We’ve had a lot of customers bring surprise parts to install day of their appointment, and it’s not fair to shift everything else around to accommodate.
4. Please be as excited to pick up your bike as you were to drop it off! We have very limited space in the shop, we’re not a storage facility! We also do not release bikes without payment. We give you a total price or very close estimate when you schedule, along with when payment will be due. Life happens, but please do your best to set yourself up accordingly.
