The true cost of a cheap detail.

I see it all the time. Somebody calls me to fix a bargain job that went sideways.

They saved a few hundred bucks up front. Now they're looking at a thousand plus in correction because the last guy used the wrong pad, the wrong compound, or just didn't have the discipline to prep the panel before he touched it.

You're not paying for chemicals. Anybody can buy chemicals. You're paying for the years it took somebody to learn exactly how much heat a specific clear coat takes before it burns through. You're paying for the guy who won't let a car leave until it's right, even when leaving it alone would be faster and easier on him.

Price is what you pay one time. Value is what stays on the car for as long as you own it.

Do it right the first time. It's cheaper.
