🚧 Richardson Highway Traffic Advisory 🚧
 
Starting Thursday, June 4, crews will be hydroseeding recently constructed passing lanes on the Richardson Highway at MP 270–271 and MP 279–283.
 
🦺 To safely complete this work, motorists should expect pilot car operations and flaggers between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Thursday, June 4, through Tuesday, June 9. Delays are expected to be approximately 10–15 minutes.
 
The hydroseeding will help establish vegetation on newly constructed slopes, providing long-term stabilization and reducing erosion. Last fall, temporary hydro-mulch was applied due to the late construction season, and this work will complete those stabilization efforts.
 
🚗 ATV users are reminded to stay off newly seeded slopes and disturbed areas. Keeping motorists off these areas helps the vegetation establish properly and protects the work completed to stabilize the roadway.
 
Please drive with caution, watch for crews and equipment, and plan for minor delays while traveling through the area. Thank you for your patience as we finish up this project.
