The Metal Tank We restore and refurbish Vintage Dirt Bikes, mainly Husqvarna. The goal is to keep the vintage Husqv Pistons and fenders are the most common parts replaced.

The objective is to cosmetically bring the dirt bike back to life using as many existing parts as possible. The goal is to keep the vintage Husqvarna as close to original, which means using as many of the parts as possible that are on the bike when it is acquired. With this in mind it also keeps the out of pocket cost down for new expensive parts. But when necessary new or reconditioned parts are used to replaced the "old junk". All original hardware is cleaned and reused
