machining and finishing We are a Design - Fabrication - Welding - Machining Company.

Our goal is to create for the customer a full line of items from Steel - Stainless Steel and Aluminum to exceed their needs. We also repair and rebuild equipment and tools. We also manufacture speciality aluminum trailers. The fun is to help a customer create something better and more functional than originally thought of.

Its been a while since I posted and added new pic's and youtube's
Things have been too busy to have time to get things written with the projects on the board but will get with it very soon. Have been doing construction - heavy stuff and which has some good pic's but not good youtubes
Will try to get them posted very soon and back to being productive on the web.

People We Remember:
Sid Davis. Sid was a great creator and welder also a repair mechanic. Sid designed the concrete septic tank forms and set truck. Sid built them originally for Ken Cook Construction. Sid and my dad were good friends and my dad wanted a set of forms and set truck since we were in underground construction. Sid said I could build them myself as he considered me a reasonable welder. So Sid ordered up the materials and had me build the forms and set truck when I was 16 years old. Sid never struck a arc or picked up a tool just coached me to get it done. Summer in Redding CA was darn hot and a lot of sweating happened. So in all Sid did me the greatest gift by not helping and being a great coach. Later I worked as a welder for him on other builds. He encoiurged me to get certified, so I went to work as a mill wright at the froward brothers mill in Red Bluff CA and became certified in stick and gas on high pressure steam. Thanks again Sid you are a great person and coach and will always be with me.

Did a demo with Miller Welders today with the Miller rep (Brad) for a customer, nicest 2.5 hours with new people watching a great person doing the welding - nice work - If you would like to examine the Miller AlumaPro welder let me know

Anyway its very light and strong and WON'T RUST!

Another Day and the painters didn't show up and the other people couldn't be bothered to get work done and the cleaners were sitting down and just talking instead of cleaning - what the heck - is construction is a don't give a darn event then why do we try to make things happen. You just might notice I could be biais - just maybe.......................

Still in Vegas - but having fun with the new cameras for security the vari focus lens are a blast to focus on a small area. Will enjoy getting back in the shop and back to building things
