We are a Bosch Authorized Car Service Center, and a AAA Approved Auto Repair facility. We are also a Connecticut Authorized Emmissions Repair facility. Family owned and operated since 1981, Angelo DiBernardo has continued the world-class service and operations that his father, Luigi DiBernardo started.

Due to this (very) annoying winter storm, we will unfortunately have to close today for the safety of our employees and clients. We are working behind the scenes today to clean up as much as possible, while acknowledging that we may have to clean up again tomorrow. We plan on re-opening at 8:00 am tomorrow morning. If you were scheduled for any service, please give us a call tomorrow and we will gladly re-schedule your service. Please stay safe out there and only travel if absolutely necessary.

Imported Auto Center would like to wish our friends at Hallmark Tire Company, especially the Harrington family, nothing but the best in their retirement. We were informed yesterday by Bob, personally, that they were closing their business down after years of being a staple in town for car repair. Our families worked together for so many years in town, helping each other out with technical and tool support. Did you know that Hallmark performed many of our alignments over the years before our expansion? Being a service center in town, we knew that if a car came in that was previously serviced at Hallmark Tire, we knew it was in good hands and that it was serviced properly. That is hard to find these days. We are sad that their business is shutting down, but ecstatic for Bob and his family to have this great opportunity to enjoy his retirement. It is well deserved. Glastonbury has been lucky to have them over the years!

From our family to each and every one of yours, have a Happy Thanksgiving holiday. Please drive safely and responsibly. We would like to thank all of our clients and staff a wonderful holiday. We are thankful for each and every one of you, and for the opportunity to allow us to be of service to you. We look forward to seeing everyone next week when we re-open on Monday. In the meantime, we will be enjoying a 4-day weekend with our families and friends.

Good morning Imported Auto friends. During our vacation closure a storm came through and took power out at the shop. The surge protection system was activated and our phone systems were shut down as a result. Everything has now been reset and the phones are back online. Well be open for business tomorrow at 8am. Thanks, and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

...And now, we will soon rest! Imported Auto Center, Inc. of Glastonbury will be closed for our annual vacation shutdown beginning Monday, August 12, 2024 through Friday, August 16, 2024.
