We’re looking forward to a fun day on the course filled with golf, friendly competition, and an opportunity to connect with members of our local industry community.

Investing in people means investing in the future of Barren County.

Today, we joined Community Partners for Recovery, TVA, and Southcentral Kentucky Community & Technical College to celebrate a Workforce Invest grant supporting the CPR Works Initiative.

Through this partnership, participants will have access to education, workforce training, industry-recognized certifications, and supportive services designed to help prepare individuals for meaningful careers in high-demand fields such as manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and skilled trades.

We are proud to work alongside partners who are strengthening our workforce, creating pathways to opportunity, and helping more people build successful careers right here in our region.

A big part of our work at BCEA is staying connected with the industries already here. We meet with local employers, listen to their needs, help connect them with resources and continue supporting them as their businesses grow and change.

Places like Highland Glen Industrial Park are home to businesses that are part of Barren County’s economy every day.

Guess what? Dirt is moving at South Cooper Industrial Park! 🚧

Work is officially underway on Lot 2 as Speculative Building #3 begins to take shape.

Thank you to Scott, Murphy & Daniel for their continued investment and partnership in Barren County. We’re excited to see another project moving forward and more opportunities being created right here in our community!
