Another cool ride we had the pleasure of working on! When we first talked to our customer about this 1952 Chevy Sedan Delivery, it needed floor pans, an updated brake system, electrical work, and the fuel system replaced. After McKinley's Restoration replaced the floor pans, installed a painless wiring harness, and new gauge cluster, we performed a complete overhaul of the brake and fuel systems, installed a third brake light strip, and built brackets to mount the bench seat to the new floor pans. The new brake system included installing front disc brakes, converting to a firewall mounted power brake booster / master cylinder combo, proportioning valve, replacing the rear drum brake components, installing a new brake pedal assembly in the correct position, and building all the brake lines from scratch. After that, we built a frame to support the new 25 gallon tank (originally made for an 84 suburban) between the rear frame rails for more fuel capacity. We then installed all new fuel lines from the tank to the engine mounted fuel pump. After the customer decided he wanted to use the original bench seat, we got to work building new brackets to mount it correctly. There are so many more details we could list here, but we’ll let the before and after pictures speak for us. As always, we truly appreciate all of our loyal customers and can’t wait to bring your next dream to reality!

Talk about a cool ride! This 1964 GMC is one of a kind. It has a big block 8.1 with an Allison transmission, sequential shifter, Classic Auto Air, and a custom wooden bed. A good customer has been building this truck for over 20 years and brought it to us to have a few small repairs done. He had us swap the mechanical fuel pressure regulator with a 2004 Corvette fuel filter / regulator combo, build new fuel lines from the fuel pump assembly to the fuel filter, and replace the axle seals on the Dana 60 full-float rear differential. Thank you, Sean for trusting us with your truck! If you need anything in the future, just shoot us a call!

A good customer of ours drove this 1981 Jeep Scrambler for quite a while before it was parked in his back yard, where it sat for many years. When he brought it to us, his goals were to bring it back to life and make it road worthy again. He wanted something he could cruise back roads in, drive into town, and use for work if need be. When it got to us, our first goal was to get it running. We started with replacing the battery, ignition lock cylinder, rusty fuel tank, fuel hoses, fuel pump, fuel filter, carburetor, coolant hoses, radiator, and changing all the fluids. After that, it fired right up! Next, we removed what was left of the original top, seats, and carpet so we could give it a deep cleaning. We then installed new carpet, seats, seat belts, sun visors, a center console with cupholders, a Jeep steering wheel, shifter k***s, and a modern stereo system. next, we replaced the shock absorbers on all 4 corners, brakes on the front and rear, all brake hoses, brake master cylinder, steering gear box, and installed new tires. When we took it for a test drive, we noticed that the transmission had internal issues, so we removed it to have Lone Star Transmission rebuild it. After reinstalling the transmission and filling it with new fluid, we were ready for another test drive. The test drive was a success, so the next step was to work on the cosmetics. To finish it off, we replaced the fender flares, both side mirrors, front turn signal lenses, rear taillight assemblies, and installed a custom hard top from Gr8tops.com. Bringing this Jeep back to life was a lot of work, but well worth it. Now our customer can enjoy it for many years to come!
