MotoFamily is large, but at the same time, it’s small. ❤️
The Stahla family has been part of the moto community for years and part of the PBMI family for as long as many of us can remember. Today, we’re asking our entire MotoFamily to surround Graison Stahla and his parents, Randy and Susie Stahla, with love, support, and most of all, prayer.
What began Saturday with a possible broken arm quickly turned into something no family could ever prepare for. After returning to the ER the following morning, Graison’s condition became serious, and he was life-flighted to Children’s Hospital in Denver. Upon arrival, he required multiple blood and platelet transfusions.
His care team has since confirmed that Graison has leukemia.
Today, Graison is undergoing procedures including a bone marrow biopsy, spinal fluid testing, and placement of a port, and he is beginning chemotherapy. His doctors are also testing to determine whether the leukemia has reached his spinal fluid. His family has been told that treatment will continue for approximately 2½ years, with the first year requiring them to remain in Denver.
In just a matter of days, this family’s entire world has changed. Randy and Susie are overwhelmed, scared, and trying to process an unimaginable amount of information while also helping their son understand what lies ahead.
Please lift Graison, Randy, and Susie up in prayer. Pray for strength for Graison as he begins this fight, wisdom for every doctor and nurse caring for him, comfort and peace for Randy and Susie, and healing in the days, months, and years ahead.
This is what MotoFamily means. When one of our own is hurting, we rally around them.
