D.A.D.'s Garage is asking anyone and everyone to share this post please. I have sat here day after day thinking business will pickup and the phone start ringing buts its not; so with that being said if things do not change we will be closing the Inspection station December 31st 2026 because we can not keep paying insurance to keep doing vehicle inspections when no one is calling for a appointment.We will keep the repair side open if anyone wants repair work done. We want to say Thank you to all of our returning customers who have came back year after year. We will keep everyone update as we move threw this year and let you know if this changes thank you.

D.A.D.'s Garage would like to wish all of our customers and friend A Very Happy New Years and a safe one. We are open until 5pm today after that we will be closed until January 5th at which time we will reopen at 9am for regular business hours thank you all who have supported the shop this past year.

D.A.D.'s Garage is open from 9am until 5pm daily Monday thru Friday for vehicle inspections and repairs Call 570-596-2455 and we thank you for your business. As of yesterday the state sent out a letter detailing how vehicle inspections are to be done. If your vehicle comes in the shop and fails inspections and the repairs can be fixed here at the shop but if you decline repairs you will be charged for a failed inspection and it will be documented in the mv-431 the state sees. If your vehicle passes the inspection and fails the road test you will be charged for a failed inspection this is not our choice its state law and if we do not follow state law and get caught they will suspend our license thank for your understanding in this matter.

UPDATE---- The shop business has been real slow these past few months and we are not sure as to why but if things continue to stay like this we will be forced to close the doors next September when our insurance has to be renewed to be able to do vehicle inspections. The cost of keeping a business open is going up everyday.
